I am a results-driven social care leader with over a decade of experience driving quality, transformation, and service improvement across local government, commissioning, and provider settings. My career spans senior roles in quality assurance, commissioning, and service management, where I have consistently delivered measurable improvements in compliance, safeguarding, and outcomes for vulnerable adults and children.

With deep expertise in CQC legislation, regulatory frameworks, and local government functions, I combine strategic leadership with hands-on operational insight. I specialise in embedding robust quality assurance frameworks, leading complex multi-agency transformation programmes, and turning around underperforming services to achieve sustainable, person-centred outcomes.

Key achievements include improving CQC ratings for failing services, designing QA frameworks adopted across multiple councils, and leading service transformation projects that enhanced governance, efficiency, and service user experience. My leadership style is data-driven, collaborative, and outcome-focused — ensuring services are safe, effective, and aligned with strategic priorities.

I hold the IPC Certificate in Commissioning and Purchasing for Public Care (Adults’ Services), a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, and PRINCE2 Project Management certification.
