About the consultant

I am an experienced Adult Social Care consultant and former CQC Inspector, specialising in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and improvement across a wide range of care settings.

My practice is grounded in a strong understanding of the HSCA Regulations, the Fundamental Standards, the CQC Quality Statements, and the Mental Capacity Act (2005), enabling me to support providers in delivering safe, person‑centred, and consistently high‑quality care.

My approach is collaborative, transparent, and supportive. I work alongside leaders and frontline teams to build capability, strengthen governance, and embed sustainable improvements. I focus on creating a culture where quality is understood, owned, and evidenced, ensuring services feel confident, well‑prepared, and aligned with regulatory expectations.
