I have built a successful career in Operational Management, whilst specialising in hands on turn around situations for troubled providers as well increasing revenue and controlling costs for those seeking peak performance.

My most recent assignment developed the leadership of a family run care group whilst achieving a sustained 99% occupancy rate and an agency use of less than 3% and increasing the private fee rate significantly.

I also have experience of business development, IT systems and investigation work whilst operating in the fields of Elderly, Working Age Adults and Private Hospitals.
