Experienced Registered Nurse and Governance & Compliance specialist supporting health and social care providers to strengthen governance, improve quality, and prepare for inspections.
I have managed services across elderly care, domiciliary care, complex care, mental health, and learning disabilities/autism, and have extensive experience in quality assurance and compliance roles with providers such as Care UK and Shaw Healthcare.
I support managers preparing for CQC inspections, completing PIRs, addressing governance gaps, or responding to Requires Improvement ratings, and I also have experience with the Care Inspectorate and RQIA.
My services include mock inspections, gaps and trends analysis with actionable plans, quality and compliance audits, policy reviews, complaints and investigation support, and interim governance or compliance support.
My approach is practical, collaborative, tailored to different needs and focused on helping services achieve sustainable improvements and strong regulatory outcomes.
