With over 30 years of operational leadership experience in Primary Care and Adult Social Care, I specialise in turnaround, CQC compliance, and quality improvement.
I have successfully supported services through audits, recovery plans, and CQC inspections, helping providers strengthen governance, improve standards, and deliver safe, person-centred care. I also offer expertise in governance, safeguarding, workforce development, and strategic planning, supported by a strong understanding of operational realities and system pressures.

As a Non-Clinical Partner and Director of a regulated care organisation, I understand the day-to-day challenges providers face — from staffing and safeguarding to financial sustainability and regulatory demands.

My consultancy approach is practical, collaborative, and supportive, working alongside managers and teams to build confidence and achieve lasting improvement.
