Registered Manager & Health and Social Care Consultant | Leading with Integrity, Compassion, and Accountability.

I am a dedicated Health and Social Care professional with over 11 years of progressive experience across operational management, safeguarding, quality assurance, and compliance. My career journey - from frontline care through HR and team leadership to Registered Manager -has given me a comprehensive understanding of service delivery, workforce development, and governance within complex care environments.

As a Registered Manager, I have successfully implemented full compliance systems, including safeguarding, medication, and missed-call audits, and introduced structured governance documentation and service improvement planning in preparation for CQC inspection.

My leadership style is integrity-led, combining accountability with empathy to build safe, high-performing teams and person-centred cultures. I believe in leading with integrity : doing what is right, not what is easy - and creating environments where both staff and service users feel safe, valued, and supported.

Previously, as a Safeguarding Quality Assurance Officer overseeing multiple care homes and hospitals, I led investigations, supported managers with regulatory compliance, and introduced quality-improvement projects that reduced incidents and strengthened patient safety.

In addition to my leadership experience, I am a certified Train the Trainer professional, delivering in-house training that promotes safe, person-centred practice and continuous learning across teams.

My mission is to support services to achieve excellence through robust governance, continuous improvement, and compassionate, compliant practice- ensuring that care delivery remains safe, person-centred, and aligned with regulatory standards.
