As an Ex CQC inspector, Consultant and Quality and Compliance Director, I’m proud to serve as a member of the C-CAF Steering Group. This role enables me to champion the highest standards in care by promoting accountability and professionalism across the sector. I work closely with providers as part of my own consultancy enabling them to provide high quality person centered care. Being part of the C-CAF steering group means that I can ensure all consultants meet set professional requirements that support better outcomes for providers needing support from industry specialists. Being part of the C-CAF panel not only supports my own professional development and keeps me informed of emerging trends, but also gives me the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing growth and evolution of the care sector.

With a professional background in care consultancy and a specialist focus on improving service standards, being part of the C-CAF panel gives me a chance to influence quality at a strategic level. I’ve supported a wide range of providers to embed effective, person-centred care, and the panel allows me to bring that experience to a broader stage. It’s a role that aligns with my passion for driving meaningful improvement across the sector.

I’ve worked across both residential and community services, supporting teams to deliver safe, effective care.
