The Care Consultant Accreditation Framework (C-CAF) and the National Dementia Care Accreditation Scheme (NaDCAS) are proud to announce a strategic partnership aimed at driving measurable quality improvements across the social care sector.
Care providers are facing increasing pressure to demonstrate high standards, transparency, and meaningful outcomes for the people they support. Both C-CAF and NaDCAS were created with this challenge in mind, providing structured frameworks that help raise standards, support professionals, and ultimately improve the quality of care delivered.
While each framework operates independently, they share a singular objective: improving the quality of care provided to vulnerable adults.
Together, these frameworks offer care providers a comprehensive assurance model that supports both operational excellence and clinical specialism.
To demonstrate our shared commitment to these standards, we are pleased to announce that the NaDCAS assessment team is currently undergoing their own C-CAF accreditation. By working through the C-CAF four-stage accreditation process, the NaDCAS team is practicing the very professional standards they advocate for, ensuring total transparency and trust for the providers they assess.
We are already building toward a more integrated future. Soon, care providers using the C-CAF Free Directory will be able to specifically search for NaDCAS Assessors through our portal. This will allow providers to find professionals whose Dementia Specialism is fully assured and whose professional credentials have been independently reviewed by C-CAF.
The result is a more transparent, reliable way for care organisations to connect with qualified experts who understand both the operational and specialist requirements of modern dementia care.
Together, C-CAF and NaDCAS represent a shared vision: a social care sector supported by credible professionals, clear standards, and a collective commitment to raising the quality of care for those who need it most.
