I have extensive experience of Regulatory compliance, audit and investigation, change management, Quality assurance and continuous improvement, Risk assessment, management and mitigation from
a background built from the ground up of care and support work, emergency response, Administrative, Care Coordination, Team Lead, Reablement, Care and Recruitment Management and Senior Operations Management roles inclusive of Registered Management and Nominated Individual roles for services in England and Wales.

With formal qualifications in Leadership and Management, Teaching and Assessing, Health and Social Care, Audit and Compliance, Project Management, Risk Assessment and Business Administration.
A self-employed contractor working with direct clients or via agency commissioned clients with quality assurance support, improvement or development in line with statutory guidance, law and regulations.
