Lisa is an exceptional consultant who has been a real asset to our care home. She regularly supports us with both structured support sessions and CQC mock inspections, and her input has made a noticeable difference to the quality of our service.

She is incredibly approachable and easy to work with, which helps create a positive and open environment where the team feels comfortable discussing challenges and areas for improvement. Lisa consistently brings fresh, practical ideas that are tailored to our setting and focused on achieving the best possible outcomes for residents.

Her knowledge and experience are evident in the way she guides us through improvements, always offering clear, actionable advice rather than generic suggestions. We value her support greatly and would highly recommend her to any service looking to strengthen their compliance and overall care standards.
