About the consultant

Sallyann studied at the university of Derby and achieved BA (Hons) MA and MBA she has extensive experience in managing change, starting in the Prison Service before developing services for ex-offenders. She later held senior roles in adult social care, including Director of Residential Services for a regional charity and organisational lead for quality and compliance at a large learning disability provider . Sallyann then went on to work as an adult social care inspector with the CQC supporting a wide range of organisations within her portfolio.
