About the consultant

I am a regulatory and policy consultant specialising in mental health, crisis care and regulatory risk. I support NHS, local authority and voluntary sector organisations with governance reviews, CQC preparedness, advisory and system redesign, particularly across high-risk and multi-agency settings.

My work sits at the intersection of public health, law and ethics, helping organisations make clear, defensible decisions in complex environments. I hold Level 7 Diploma in Risk Management, and another in Health and Social Care Management, a Master of Public Health degree in Leadership and an MBA in Ethical Governance & Strategic Risk in the public sector, and am currently undertaking research in suicidality, mental health law, and contribute to patient safety reviews, policy research and system learning in areas including suicide prevention and mental health inequality.
