I bring 23 years of experience in health and social care, combining a strong clinical foundation with deep expertise in quality, governance, and assurance. As a Registered Nurse, my work is rooted in clinical credibility and a belief that great care is created through people, culture, and meaningful systems — not paperwork for its own sake.

I work with care providers who want honest insight, practical support, and someone who can help them make sense of what’s going on in their service. My style is straightforward and supportive — I help teams understand what’s working, what needs attention, and how to move forward without feeling overwhelmed.
I’m just as comfortable carrying out a full mock inspection as I am rolling up my sleeves and helping sort out a clinical room. Whatever the task, I focus on what will genuinely make a difference for residents and the team.

Over the years, I’ve worked in senior roles across large, well‑known care organisations, so I understand the real pressures services face: staffing challenges, regulatory expectations, complex risks, and the day‑to‑day realities of running a busy home. I’m used to stepping into difficult situations, bringing calm, clarity, and a balanced view of what needs to happen next.
I aim to serve providers well and help teams feel more confident and in control. I’m comfortable working with everyone from frontline carers to senior leaders and regulators, I always strive to keep the human impact of decisions at the centre.
