As owner of Platinum Bridge Ltd, Co-Founder and Non-Executive Director of Delphi Care Solutions and Chief Operating Officer within a large care village, I work alongside providers to strengthen, scale, and future-proof their services. My work spans turnaround strategy, CQC compliance, and operational optimisation.
