As a former Nominated Individual (NI) with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), I have held senior responsibility for large, complex care portfolios, delivering safe, high-quality services for individuals with dementia and complex nursing needs.

With a strategic mindset and operational precision, I have led high-impact initiatives that have driven measurable improvements across the sector. From implementing digital care systems and embedding robust clinical governance structures to leading infection control strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic, I have consistently delivered outcomes that exceed regulatory expectations and enhance care experiences.
