Registered Adult Nurse (RN) ISO 9001:2015 certified and senior health and social care leader with extensive experience in quality assurance, clinical governance, regulatory compliance, service improvement and operational leadership. Having held Director of Care Operations, Quality Director and Head of Nursing roles across complex care portfolios, I have led regulatory improvement programmes, strengthened governance frameworks and supported organisations through periods of change and transformation.

Known for delivering practical, evidence-based solutions, I work with providers to improve quality, strengthen oversight, reduce risk and build sustainable systems that support safe, effective and person-centred care.
