About the consultant

I have over 25 years experience in social care and have assessed more then 60 care providers across a range of settings, including care homes, day services, learning disabilities and home care.

Passionate about raising standards in social care, I believe everyone deserves high-quality care. This commitment led me to becoming a consultant, supporting providers to understand, implement and maintain compliance, effective governance and healthy workplace cultures.

I have also supported providers placed under 'Providers of concern' status to develop and implement effective action plans, helping them achieve active status within months of being placed under heightened scrutiny.

My approach combines these key areas through successful triangulation, with key strength being the development of positive, relationship-based partnerships.
