About the consultant

I am a Registered Paediatric Nurse with over 28 years’ experience across Children’s services ,senior clinical leadership, operational management and service development.
My career covers a wide range of children’s services, providing extensive experience of the clinical, governance, workforce and operational challenges involved in supporting children and young people with additional, complex health needs.

My senior leadership experience includes Paediatric Matron , Clinical Lead, Service Manager and Registered Manager roles, with experience across community children’s nursing, special school nursing, children’s respite services, paediatric epilepsy and complex care.
I bring both frontline clinical expertise and strategic understanding of safe and effective service delivery.

I support organisations to strengthen clinical governance, improve quality and safety, develop confident and competent teams, and identify practical opportunities for service improvement.
