I am passionate about leveraging technology to enhance healthcare services and improve client outcomes. As the first accredited consultant for digitisation under the C-CAF (Care Consultant Accreditation Framework), I collaborate with multiple care providers to design and implement strategic digital transformation programmes. Drawing on extensive expertise in electronic care records, process automation, and compliance, I drive operational efficiencies, strengthen regulatory alignment, and support sustainable service improvement — currently engaging with care providers managing residential dementia and nursing facilities at a national scale.
