About the consultant

Digital care systems are now an established part of care delivery. The challenge for many providers is ensuring they are used consistently to deliver clear oversight, assurance, and inspection-ready evidence.

As the first C-CAF accredited consultant for digitisation in the UK, I support care providers in turning systems such as electronic care planning, eMAR, and compliance platforms into effective tools for governance, assurance, and improved outcomes.

My work focuses on bridging the gap between “systems in place” and “systems working in practice” — ensuring providers can evidence safe, effective, and well-led care.

My approach is structured and results-driven:

System-specific audits (e.g. PCS, Nourish, eMAR, compliance platforms, etc.) to identify:

• Practical, workflow-based delivery for care and leadership teams

• Strengthen internal oversight and quality assurance systems
• Create clear, defensible evidence for inspections
