I have over 13 years of experience in the health and social care sector, supporting providers to improve quality, strengthen compliance, and achieve better outcomes. I’ve worked with services ranging from individual care homes to larger multi-site organisations, helping them raise and maintain their CQC ratings through focused, practical solutions.

As Director of SRG Care Consultancy, I draw on a background that includes roles as a Registered Manager, Turnaround Specialist, and Head of Quality and Compliance. I understand the operational challenges providers face because I’ve been there myself. My approach is straightforward and results-driven, aimed at identifying risk, embedding good practice, and aligning services with the current CQC Single Assessment Framework.

I specialise in working with services that are under pressure, whether facing regulatory action, preparing for an inspection, or undergoing major change. I don’t deal in theory. I offer clear, actionable plans that work in the real world. With experience across both clinical and leadership roles, I bring a balanced and grounded perspective that helps services move forward with confidence.
