I am a seasoned professional specialising in management consulting and leadership coaching within the health and social care industry. I have wealth of experience in helping providers understand the complexities, challenges and opportunities that CQC regulated activities can pose. Expert in crisis management, implementing change and supporting health and social care providers drive improvement plans to achieve full compliance.
I am passionate about helping organisations maximise business performance by providing objective advise and expertise and helping leaders unlock their potential and attain meaningful, higher objectives, enable them to shine, have autonomy in their roles and helping them make empowered professional choices.
My integrity and professional ethics enable building trust and an excellent relationship with the client providing higher value and satisfaction to the client than they expected.
I also have operational experience within large care providers, including holding the Registered Manager role in state of the art care and nursing home services, leading health and care professionals as well as teams from non-care departments in all operations.
