C-CAF exists to change that. We accredit care consultants against a clear framework of checks — qualifications, experience, insurance, and DBS — so providers can commission support with confidence.
What We Do
C-CAF maintains a public directory of accredited care consultants, each assessed against our four-stage framework: application, skills assessment, documentation, and ongoing monitoring.
For care providers, this means one place to find consultants who have already been through due diligence — so you don't have to start from scratch every time you need support.
Joining the directory as a provider is free and takes around 30 seconds. Once registered, you can search by region and specialism, view consultant profiles, and read reviews from other providers who've commissioned their services.
We also support providers directly through our MIPR process — independently reviewed, CQC-aligned mock inspections carried out by accredited consultants, with peer-reviewed reports and a public quality score you can use to demonstrate continuous improvement.
